Weekend Excursions
Stella and Esther came to visit!! yay!!!
Day 1: Napa Valley
First stop: Robert Mondavi Winery (we picked up Angie on the way in B-town)
we had our first wine tasting!! The dessert wine was the best!
Stella and I..we're culprits..we ate the grapes from the vine when the workers weren't looking. They were sweet and delicious!

Second stop: V. Sattui Winery
This winery was awesome! Free bread with various dips, cheeses, and best of all....

We enjoyed our cheese, crackers, creme brulee, and wine!! what a great day in Napa! It was perfect weather too!!
Dinner in W.C.: Philly Cheesesteak and Crepes-A-Go go! MmmMM
 
End of Day 1...we were pooped and FULL.
Day 2: San Francisco- Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square
We decide to take the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to SF because of parking, blah blah. It was a nice ride. We look up the weather and it says 58 F. So of course, we bundle up. But we arrive, and it was sunny and like 80F.

We decide to walk from the BART station to Fisherman's Wharf. We didn't think it would be that far and plus the day was nice. We walked for 45 min!!!!  (or it sure seemed like it) The walk was nice except for all the clothes we were carrying and the hills. freakin SF....so we taxi it back.
Yummy lunch! Steamed crab, clam chowder, and shrimp-n-chips!!!!! It was wonderful.
We walked around some more and did some shopping along the way. San Francisco is so nice when the weather isn't gloomy. I guess the Bay Area has it's good days.
The end of Day 2..Stella and Esther leave that night. Goodbye!!!! Twas fun!
